Nestled in the small, peaceful hamlet of Cundall, North Yorkshire, we are situated in land, surrounded by green fields with no traffic noise. Off street parking is available for up to 4 cars. We are easily accessible from the A1 and York, Harrogate, Knaresborough, Helmsley and Northallerton are only a 30 minute drive.

With far reaching countryside views, our family run holiday cottage allows you to experience the perfect blend of comfort and tranquillity during your stay. A fully equipped kitchen awaits, including a double oven, electric hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. In the Utility Room you will find a washing machine, tumble dryer and separate sink. The cosy sitting room features a log burner and sumptuous sofas plus a separate snug/playroom with additional sofa and arm chair. Full fibre broadband is available for all guests.
Accommodation
Upstairs, three calming bedrooms, each with beautiful views. Master bedroom with king size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 with a double and single bed plus chest of drawers and hanging rail. Along the landing, Bedroom 3 with a double bed, chest of drawers and hanging rail and the family bathroom.
Children and Dogs Welcome
Children are very welcome and we have some toys and books for them to enjoy in the cosy snug. You will also find a cot, highchair and baby gates on the stairs. We also welcome two well behaved dogs downstairs. Blankets are provided. Enjoy a discounted use of our fully secure, two acre dog parks, situated on the far side of the farm during your stay.
